Damien Jouanneau

Damien JOUANNEAU has acquired nearly 20 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, and private equity, with a focus on growth, buyout, and impact transactions involving French SMEs and mid-cap companies.

He began his career at the consulting and auditing firm Deloitte, where he developed expertise in financial valuation and M&A Transaction Services. He joined Ouest Croissance in 2010, became Investment Director in 2013, and led over ten years more than forty growth capital, LBO, and venture operations across various sectors, including industry, B2B services, healthcare, and the green economy.
 
 

He notably supported emblematic projects such as Lhyfe, Actual Group, Bodet, Terideal, Adventys, Bouvet-Ladubay, and Edgard Opticiens, with a strong commitment to sustainable performance.
 
 

A board member of several companies and holder of the IFA Certificate – SME and Mid-Cap Board Member issued by Audencia, he brings governance expertise with a particular focus on environmental transition challenges.
