4 June 2021 – GO CAPITAL has announced the sale of its entire stake in Ideolys (publisher of Easilys software). The company is now part of MAPAL group, a leading European publisher of software for catering management (back office) and business analysis.
Developed by Ideolys, Easilys software is designed for catering groups to help them manage, supply and audit their restaurants and kitchens.
The software is used by more than 5,000 sites in six countries to improve profitability and increase supply efficiency thanks to multiple functions including production, menu and inventory management, tender management, food waste reduction and food hygiene planning. Major clients include Sodexo, Big Mamma, Vapiano, Pokawa and more than 2,000 schools.
GO CAPITAL invested in Ideolys in May 2018 via the Ouest Ventures 3 fund.
